SHELBYVILLE – Services for Elizabeth B. Penn, 93, are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shannon Funeral Home.
She died Monday in Shelbyville.
Visitation is 11:30 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shelbyville Christian Church Building Fund.
