Services for Bernadette “Bernie” Smith, 63, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road.
She died Monday.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, Capital Ovarian Cancer Organization, Red Cross and the Simon House.
