Clinton Kemper Jr.

OWENTON – Services for Clinton K. “Bubby” Kemper Jr., 92, of New Liberty, husband of Marie Sparrow Kemper, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at McDonald & New Funeral Homes’ Main Street location. He died Monday at New Horizons Medical Center.

Visitation will be 12-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
