Irene Greene Maupin, 76, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 15 in the
Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
Services for Mrs. Maupin will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the North
Frankfort Baptist Church with the Rev. David Smith officiating.
Burial will take place in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery on Monday at 10 a.m. Visitation will be held at the church from 4-8 p.m. Friday.
Mrs. Maupin is survived by four sons, Robert Maupin (Claudia), Kenneth Maupin (Jodi), Donnie Maupin, and Mark Maupin (Billie Jo); one step-son, Scott Gosney (Terri); seven daughters, Teresa Woods (John), Melinda Maupin, Bernice Smith (Jim), Kim Stumbo, Brenda Smith (Doug), Sandra Harrod (Troy), and Vanessa Maupin (Lesley); two step-daughters, Ginger Aulick and Michelle Tuttle; 27 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and three sisters, Shirley Sizemore, Venny Fee, and Reba Greene.
She was the daughter of the late John and Ethel Greene, and was
preceded in death by her husband, Lee Maupin; one son, Darryl Maupin; five brothers; and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Mark Maupin, Donnie Maupin, Doug Smith, Troy
Estes, Jim Smith, and David Courtney. Honorary bearers will be Dwayne Maupin, Troy Maupin, Chad Maupin, and Phillip Grimes.
Rogers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
