This is so tragic. Lillie and Patsy were two of the nicest people you would ever want to know. I have so many memories of them and their families from Frankfort High School and especially band trips (New Orleans). My heart goes out to you all.

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. If there is anything that we can do just let us know. Prayers for you and the family.

That's what I remember most about Miss Lillie. She was always looking for or trying to get the attention of "Dora Ann" on our band trips. Your mom was a loyal supporter of the Frankfort High Band. She was always available to help out with whatever was needed whether it was fundraising or chaperoning. Some of my best memories are of she and Patsy together on band trips. I can never see or hear anything about the Mardi Gras without thinking of your mom talking about their rides in the van with Earl Bell. His driving terrified her. She was so funny the way she told those stories. I'm glad she and Patsy were able to enjoy their retirement together. They were both special ladies and we have all suffered a great loss by their deaths. Take care of yourself.
