Isabel Oaks Carter

STANFORD, Ky. — Services for Isabel Oaks Carter, 87, widow of William E. Carter Sr., will be 2 p.m. Monday at Fox Funeral Home in Stanford, Ky.

She died Friday at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
