Oletta Herrell May, age 72, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013, at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

Services for Mrs. May will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Napier officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A native of Frankfort, she was born December 24, 1940, to the late Orvel and Mabel Allison Herrell. Mrs. May retired from the Department of Social Insurance, Kentucky State Government.

She is survived by her spouse, Herman L. May Jr.; sons, Ricky (Lee Ann) May, Anthony May, Herman Douglas (Kathy) May; daughter, Kathy (James) Meadows; grandchildren, Brian, Eric, Brandon, Corey, Kadie and Dylan May, Vera Dobbs, Damon Nichols; and great grandchild, Bryson May.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
