Herbert L. Hasenstab Jr., 90, of Fort Thomas, passed away on February 21, 2014 at his residence in Fort Thomas, KY.
Mr. Hasenstab was a WWII Army Veteran serving with the 182nd Station Hospital Battalion in Naples, Italy. He was a salesperson with E. K. Morris Steel Co. in Cincinnati, OH., and a former member of Ft. Thomas Optimist Club, and a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Bellevue.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy Elizabeth Kaiser Hasenstab, his father, Herbert L. Hasenstab Sr. & mother, Rose Hasenstab, his step-mother, Lillian Hasenstab, and his son, John Hasenstab.
Herbert is survived by his beloved children, daughter, Linda (Dale) Waller of Frankfort, KY, sons, Mark (Jane) Hasenstab of Cold Spring, KY, and Terry (Candy) Hasenstab of Fort Thomas, KY, a sister, Doris Hasenstab Moss, and his grandchildren, Cameron Hasenstab, Allison Hasenstab, Sean Hasenstab, Brooke Hasenstab, also a special niece, Donna Moss.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2014 at Dobbling Funeral Home, Fort Thomas, KY. Funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the Dobbling Funeral Home, Fort Thomas, KY. Burial will take place in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Taylor Mill, KY.
