BARLESVILLE, Okla. — James H. King lived a long and fulfilling life. He was born in Rockwood, Tenn. on October 28, 1934 to James W. and Myra H. King.
Jimmy had three brothers, Glenn, Carl (Bud), and Hugh, all of whom he joined in death on March 16, 2014.
He was raised in Rockwood where he graduated from Rockwood High School and went on to attend both Georgetown College and Transylvania University.
He influenced many people throughout his lifetime. Even though he had been retired for over two decades, he is still remembered by co-workers and friends from his time at GE and Norge.
At the time of his death, he resided in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and is survived by wife Vivian King; children Cynthia King Clack, Linda King Frantsvog, Stephen King; grandchildren Jacqueline Clack Wasson, Morgan Clack, Christina Palmer, Candice Christopher, Callie Raye Shouse; and great-grandchildren Aimee Clack, Jaxon Wasson, Waylon Wasson, Timothy Scott Christopher II, and Kalvin Douglas Montgomery.
