Survivors in addition to her husband, Ronnie Downey, include daughter, Theresa Downey Willoughby, son Chad (Tammy) Downey, all of Frankfort. Her grandchildren (who will serve as honorary pallbearers) are Johnathan Ballard, Justin Downey, Kailyn Willoughby and great grandson, Lukas Ballard; and a special friend Sandra Perry of Graefenburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents William Houton and Sylvia Lucille Waits Conquest and two brothers, Donnie and Roger Conquest.
Pallbearers will be Dale and Troy Conquest, Ricky Power, Tommy Conquest, Jay Downey and Roger Bivens.
