Mutchler-Barkley

Charla Lei Mutchler, daughter of Joann and Terry McDonald of Lawrenceburg and Chuck and Merle Mutchler of Frankfort, and Kevin Michael Barkley, son of Ann and Doug Lafoe and Fred Barkley Jr. of Frankfort, were married Oct. 1, 2005, 2 p.m., at Berry Hill Mansion. The Rev. Howard Wilson, of Capital Church of the Nazarene, performed the ceremony.

Nuptial music was provided by harpist Sally Kelton Muth of Versailles.

Megan Mulloy of Lexington was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rebekah Lewis Mutchler, sister-in-law of the bride, and Allison Lafoe, sister of the groom. The flower girls were Maddilynn Mutchler, niece of the bride, and Isabella Barkley, daughter of the bride and groom.

Jacob Miller of Lexington served as best man. Groomsmen were Eric Phillips, cousin of the groom, and Doug Lafoe, stepfather of the groom. Ushers were Daniel Mutchler, brother of the bride, and Terry McDonald, stepfather of the bride. Reed Phillips, cousin of the groom, was the ring bearer.

A reception at Berry Hill Mansion followed the ceremony.

After a wedding cruise to Mexico, the Barkleys are making their home in Frankfort.

Mrs. Barkley is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and is employed by the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Mr. Barkley is a graduate of Central Kentucky Technical College and is employed by Bluegrass Community Action Group.
