Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Marshall announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Crystal Speicher, to Chris Bandy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Darell Bandy.
Ms. Speicher is a graduate of Franklin County High School and is employed by the Legislative Research Commission.
Mr. Bandy is a graduate of Jessamine County High School and is a self-employed brick mason.
The wedding will be Aug. 19, 2006, at the Carter House.
A closed wedding will be observed.
