Baldwin-Duelley

Ray and Brenda Baldwin announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Clay Baldwin, to Joel Bird Duelley, son of Rick and Pam Duelley of Ashland.

Miss Baldwin is a graduate of Franklin County High School and Morehead State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is employed as a teacher with Ashland Independent Schools.

Mr. Duelley is a graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School in Ashland and Morehead State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business. He is employed as a manager’s assistant with Enterprise.

A June 2 wedding is planned.

 

Bell-Rigsby

Mr. and Mrs. David E. Bell announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Marisa Reed Bell, to Justin Bruce Rigsby, son of Mr. and Mrs. David L. Rigsby.

Ms. Bell is a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School and Bellarmine University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed by Norton Healthcare and Frankfort Regional Medical Center as an ER nurse. She is also employed by Shelby Christian Church as a dance instructor. Ms. Bell plans to continue her graduate studies in nursing this fall. 

Mr. Rigsby is a graduate of Franklin County High School and Western Kentucky University, graduating with a double major in recombinant genetics and chemistry and a minor in bio physics. He is employed by Algood Food Company as a laboratory technician. Mr. Rigsby plans to continue his graduate studies in the fall of 2013.

The wedding will be May 27 at The Olmsted in Louisville. 

A closed wedding will be observed.

 

Arnold-Dunn

Ruth Ann Arnold and Tyler Dunn announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

Ms. Arnold is the daughter of Lloyd and Theresa Arnold of Frankfort.

Mr. Dunn is the son of April Messer of London and David Dunn of Barbourville.

The wedding will be May 19, 1:30 p.m., at the North Main Community Church in Barbourville. A reception will be held in the fellowship hall.

An open wedding will be observed.
