‘Disturbia’ Oct. 26 at Buffalo Trace

Disturbia at the Distillery, set for Oct. 26 at Buffalo Trace Distillery, is a Halloween event that takes the place of the Haunting of the Trace, which was geared toward children and young adults. Disturbia features a ghost tour, bourbon tasting, dinner, and murder mystery play for those age 21 and older.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. with an optional Ghost Tour starting the Buffalo Trace Distillery Visitor Center. At guests will be welcomed in the Buffalo Trace Clubhouse as dinner and the antics of the Bluegrass Mystery Theatre actors begin. Guests will try to figure out “who did it” as they enjoy a three-course meal prepared by one of the region’s best chefs.

Between acts, attendees will be treated to a bourbon tasting of some of the Distillery’s most popular products, led by three-generation employee Freddie Johnson. As the event winds down around 9, guests will vote on who they think the guilty party is, and have a chance to win prizes.

Tickets for this event are $44.95 per person and may be purchased by calling Sarah Webb at (502) 696-5929 or email: swebb1@buffalotrace.com. Dress is casual. Costumes are optional for this event.
