If you’re doing any indoor planting, transplanting or participating in other activities which might benefit from consulting the signs of the zodiac and phases of the moon, here’s the information for this week.
The moon is in the light phase and will continue to remain in force until the full moon on Oct. 29. During this period proceed with only light-moon activities and if that’s some sort of veggie planning, make it above-ground producers.
A look at the signs reveals we’re in the midst of a so-so period with today and Monday ruled by Capricorn (knees) concluding with Aquarius (legs) in force Tuesday through Thursday.
With the moon in the light phase, the very fertile sign Pisces (the feet) comes into force on Friday and Saturday. These are two great days for planting things that are inside, in protected gardens or greenhouses.
Let’s finish October while we’re here: next Sunday and Monday, Oct. 28-29, find Aries (the head) in force with the moon moving to the dark phase on the 29th at 3:50 p.m. Absolutely no planting on either of these days.
The fertile sign Taurus (the neck) is on deck for Oct. 30-31 with the moon now in the dark phase. If it’s a veggie, make sure it’s a below-ground producer.
