The Franklin County High School Drama Department’s production of The Pink Panther Strikes Again opens at 7 TONIGHT in the school auditorium. It continues 7 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $5 at the door.
The Frankfort Arts Foundation presents pianists Jae Won Kim and Mark Tollefsen at 7 p.m. in Bradford Hall on the Kentucky State University campus. The FAF Lifetime Achievement in the Arts Award will be presented to Rae L. Vansant at the concert.
Next up in the FAF’s 2013 season is A Tribute to Veterans & Wounded Heroes at 3 p.m. Nov. 10 in Bradford Hall.

The Frankfort Christian Academy will hold its annual auction in the gymnasium at the school, 1359A U.S. 421 South. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the auction beginning at 6:30. Individual tickets are $35, student tickets are $10 and a Gold Table Sponsor is $500.

Tin Can Buddha will perform 7:30 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $10, $15 and $20.
The Third Annual Froggy 101.7 - 104.9 St. Jude Jam is set for 7 p.m. Saturday. Featured artists include Josh Pruno, Greg Bates and Aly’An. All proceeds benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Tickets are $5 and are available at Froggy Studios 115 West Main St. and at the door the night of the Jam.
An Indian Still Hunt for ages 7 and up is set for 2-3:15 p.m. at Fort Hill Park. Still hunting was practiced by the American Indians to observe and learn.
Participants will gather at the shelter and prepare for the Still Hunt and then go to separate spots and sit for 30 minutes observing and learning. After the hunt participants will return to a campfire to share their experience and drink hot chocolate. Dress warmly.

The Franklin County High School welding team is sponsoring a chili supper 5-8 p.m. Nov. 8 at the school. The cost is $5 per person with proceeds going to help fund expenses for competitions and scholarships.
The Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 4075 is hosting a Christmas Bazaar and Bake Sale 2-6 p.m. Nov. 10 at the post on Second Street. Tables for those who are crafters or have a home-based business are available priced at $35 for the first table and $10 for each additional one. Bean soup and cornbread will be available.

Nicky Hughes will be the speaker at a Veteran’s Day Program set for 11:30 a.m. Nov. 11 in the Farmers Market Pavilion on Wilkinson Boulevard. Members of VFW Post 4075 and American Legion Post 7 will be participating.
