Valentine event tonight
at Camp Pleasant

Camp Pleasant Church, 830 Shadrick Ferry Road, is holding its 14th annual Valentino’s Dinner Dance at 7 TONIGHT. The event is open to the public. Tickets are $10 per person or $15 per couple and are available at the door. Childcare is provided.
Admission includes dinner served by the youth of the church followed by dancing featuring DJ Nate Dog Hedger.
This event is sponsored by The BAND (Born Again to Never Die) youth group and its leaders. All proceeds go to help the youth group.

Valentine banquet
is 4 p.m. Saturday

The youth of West Frankfort Church of God, 1518 Louisville Road, are hosting a Valentine banquet beginning at 4 p.m. Saturday at the church. The cost is $15 for couples and $8 for singles.

Motorcyclists plan
Polar Bear Run

The Kickstand’s annual Polar Bear Run is set for Feb. 22, leaving at noon from the store in Burgin located at 500 E. Main St. at the intersection of highways 33 and 152. Registration is from 10:30-11:45 a.m. The cost is $10 per person to cover food and drinks.
