Michael Jesse, of Shelbyville, repeated as winner of the second annual Great Buffalo Chase 5K race last Friday at the distillery.
Jesse, who clocked in at 15:43 for the 3.1-mile race, will be a sophomore at Cumberland College in the fall.
Jonathan Thomas was runner-up in the 127-person field with a time of 16:50.
The top female finisher was Lynda Ison, who posted a time of 20:57, good enough for 22nd place overall. Ison was the top female finisher a year ago, as well.
