WHHS also blanked Owen County behind keeper Tiffany Cammuse.
Mann's first goal, a shot into the left corner, came with 14:06 left in the first half. She also scored the Lady Wolverines' third goal on a pass from junior Davin Caudill with 22:30 left in the game.
Western Hills' other goal came on a free kick by senior Mollie Wade less than three minutes into the second half.
