Girls basketball rescheduled
Western Hills’ girls basketball team will host Shelby County 6 p.m. Tuesday. The game was originally scheduled for last Saturday but was postponed because of inclement weather.
The game Tuesday is part of a doubleheader with the WHHS boys varsity team, which will take on Oldham County at 7:30 p.m.
FYFL
League looking for coaches
The Frankfort Youth Football League is looking for overall head coaches for the Rams, Raiders and Cowboys.
The league is also looking for cheer coaches for all the organization’s teams.
An application to apply for a coaching position can be found by going to the FYFL website www.thefyfl.com and clicking on “downloads.”
Applications should be mailed to FYFL, P.O. Box 1261, Frankfort, KY 40602. The application deadline is Feb. 8.

Items needed for yard sale
The Frankfort Youth Football League is accepting donations for a yard sale planned for late spring.
The yard sale will be a fundraiser for lights at Harrod Field, the home of the FYFL, in Capitol View Park.
Those interested in donating items may call to have the donations picked up, or the items may be dropped off.
