Henry Clay and Woodford County's boys basketball teams posted wins in the 11th Region Tournament Friday night at the Frankfort Convention Center and will meet Saturday at 8:15 p.m. in the semifinals.
Henry Clay (18-12) rallied in the final minute to beat Lafayette 64-63.
The Blue Devils trailed Lafayette 63-57 with 55 seconds left, but Jordan Green scored five points in the final 55 seconds, including hitting two free throws with two seconds left to seal the win.
Jeremiah Tisdale had Henry Clay's other two points in the final minute.
Green finished with 20 points and Tisdale with 17.
Lafayette (18-11) was led by Dequise Robinson with 13 points. Jackson Davis finished with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Woodford County's Eli Boggess scored 43 points as Woodford County won 82-73 in overtime over Madison Southern.
Boggess went 25 for 28 from the foul line, and the Yellow Jackets (17-14) were 42 for 50 on free throws.
Trevor Huff led Madison Southern (13-17) with 20 points.
The first semifinal for the boys will be at 6:30 p.m. Saturday with Madison Central facing Scott County.
In the girls semifinals Saturday, it's Franklin County vs. Lafayette at 1:30 p.m., and Dunbar vs. Henry Clay at 3:15.
