Both Ms. Mann and Mr. Jones are correct in their comments about the behavior of multiple dogs, pet owners and their responsibility.
This situation should be a reminder to all of why we need our new animal shelter - because our small overcrowded current shelter stays so full, good dogs may have had to be put down to accept and hold these four vicious dogs and that is sad and unfair.

As you may guess , the owners personality is similar to the dog they own , I’ve always heard. These type of owners of dogs in this article have a psychological characteristic of the dogs they own . They like the risky ,sensation seeking ,selfish manipulating tendencies.
Many that own attack dogs are really a self defeating type that fail often as they self handicap their selves .
Indeed there lives can be vain ,fruitless, abortive or unsuccessful in their own eyes - so they will “compensate “ in their mind , unfortunately with dogs that maul and hospitalize children . From where I stand . I’ve seen it all my life on occasions .
You're right, Richard. The owners of inherently aggressive breeds should be (and usually are) held completely responsible for the injuries they cause. Any dog will bite, under the right circumstances. Three or four dogs are NOT just dogs anymore; they are a pack. And packs are prey-driven. Poor kids. Who on earth would let their kiddo play with four big dogs! I wonder if he was supervised.
