The following people were indicted by a grand jury Tuesday in Franklin County Circuit Court:

• Nocomes G. Miner, 47, of Frankfort, first-degree assault, a Class B felony.

• Joseph Moon, 26, of Lexington, first-degree trafficking in heroin, second or greater offense, and first-degree trafficking in more than 2 grams methamphetamine, second or greater offense, both Class B felonies; first-degree trafficking in less than 4 grams of cocaine, second or greater offense, a Class C felony; first-degree promoting contraband, a Class D felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; and operating on a suspended or revoked license, a Class B misdemeanor.

• Daniel W. Downey, 41, of Frankfort, first-degree possession of methamphetamine, first offense, a Class D felony, and theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting under $500), second-degree possession of suboxone and possession of drug paraphernalia, all Class A misdemeanors.

• Michael Heyser, 57, of Frankfort, enhanced first-degree possession of methamphetamine, first offense, a Class C felony, and tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony.

• Joshua Sparks, 34, of Frankfort, theft by unlawful taking (more than $500 but less than $10,000) and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, both Class D felonies.

• Joe Leavitt, 34, of Frankfort, two counts of unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities, a Class D felony.

• Joseph Moon, 26, no hometown given, first-degree trafficking in less than 4 grams of cocaine, second or greater offense, a Class C felony.

• Leonard Glover, 32, of Frankfort, first-degree trafficking in more than 2 grams of methamphetamine, second or greater offense, a Class B felony; first-degree complicity to trafficking in more than 2 grams of methamphetamine, first offense, a Class C felony; and two counts of second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Billy May, 26, of Frankfort, first-degree trafficking in more than 2 grams of methamphetamine, first offense, a Class C felony.
