The following people entered pleas Friday in Franklin County Circuit Court:

Christopher Dale Keith, 31, of Georgetown, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, a Class D felony, and alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, a violation. He is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 9.

Matthew Gill, 55, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of methamphetamine, first offense, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, both Class D felonies, and third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both Class A misdemeanors. He is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 9.

David Rodgers, 48, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a Class C felony; first-degree possession of more than 2 grams of methamphetamine, first offense, and first-degree possession of less than 4 grams of cocaine, first offense, both Class D felonies; possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked license and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense, all Class B misdemeanors; expired registration, improper display of registration, failure to wear seatbelt and failure to produce insurance card, all violations; and first-degree persistent felony offender. He is scheduled to be sentenced June 21.

Deany Hampton Jr., 34, no hometown given, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (more than 4 grams cocaine), second or greater offense, a Class B felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 9.

Brittany L. Tate, 32, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to criminal attempt to tamper with physical evidence, a Class A misdemeanor. She is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 9.

Zindell Remone Lindle, 38, of Louisville, pleaded guilty to first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer) and first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), both Class D felonies; speeding 25 mph and disregarding stop sign, violations; and two counts of first-degree persistent felony offender. He is scheduled to be sentenced July 19.

Joshua N. Douglas, 21, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $10,000 and first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), both Class D felonies; trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia, both Class A misdemeanors; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a Class B misdemeanor. He also entered an Alford plea to third-degree assault on a police officer and tampering with physical evidence, both Class D felonies, and resisting arrest and third-degree criminal mischief, both Class A misdemeanors. An Alford plea is not an admission of guilty but an admission that the prosecution has enough evidence to obtain a guilty verdict at trial. Douglas is scheduled to be sentenced July 26.

Tammy Michelle Poynter, 41, of Richmond, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of heroin, first offense, and first-degree promoting contraband, both Class D felonies, and first-degree persistent felony offender. She is scheduled to be sentenced June 14.

Mark Anthony Connolly III, 26, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of synthetic drugs and tampering with physical evidence, both Class A misdemeanors. He is scheduled to be sentenced June 14.
