The following calls were received by the Frankfort Police Department, Frankfort Fire and EMS and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday:

• A stolen vehicle was reported at 4:46 a.m. on Mt Zion Road. The caller reported that a company vehicle had been stolen from a parking lot at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. The doors had been unlocked and the keys were left in it while the owner laid down to rest.

• A theft was reported at 5:24 a.m. on Stephen Road. The caller reported that her mother was sitting in the driveway when two people approached and took her cellphone.

• A theft was reported at 6:48 a.m. on Dry Ridge Road. The caller reported that a 2019 truck had been broken into and the registration papers, loan info, warranty info and user manual were taken.

• A theft was reported at 7:23 a.m. on Old Lawrenceburg Road. 

• A motor vehicle accident was reported at 7:48 a.m. on Interstate 64. No injuries were reported.

• A motor vehicle accident with injury was reported at 9:26 a.m. on I-64. Officers later reported no injuries and no entrapment.

• A theft was reported at 2:14 p.m. on Sunset Drive. The caller reported that someone grabbed a chainsaw and ran off before getting into a car.

• Vandalism was reported at 2:37 p.m. on Centennial Avenue. The caller reported that someone shot a BB through the back window a few days ago.

• A hit-and-run was reported at 3:21 p.m. on Holmes Street.

• A missing person was reported at 3:21 p.m. on Old Glenns Creek Road.

• A vandalism was reported at 3:27 p.m. on Landings Drive.

• A stolen vehicle was reported at 5:09 p.m. on Marlowe Court.

• A theft was reported at 5:39 p.m. on Mt Zion Road. Officers responded to a theft from a vehicle.

• A structure fire was reported at 6:12 p.m. on Flag Fork Road. Officers reported a home in the area was “fully involved.” No one was inside.

• A fire investigation was reported at 7:45 p.m. on Murray Street. The caller reported that she locked herself outside her apartment and left the stove on. She called back after having a neighbor kick the door in.

• A motor vehicle accident was reported at 10:02 p.m. on Harrodswood Road. No injuries were reported.
