The following calls were received by the Frankfort Police Department, Frankfort Fire and EMS and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday:

  • A structure fire was reported at 8:08 a.m. on Farmbrook Circle. Caller reported at "really bad fire" at the address but no one was inside. Officers knocked don the fire within 30 minutes of being notified. The fire was extinguished at 10:52 a.m. and the property was turned over to homeowners.
  • A theft was reported at 9:44 a.m. on Arapaho Trail. Caller reported that items and money were missing.
  • A vandalism was reported at 10:09 a.m. on Kentucky Avenue. Caller reported that someone cut the valve stems on the tires of his Jeep among other various damage.
  • A fraud was reported at 10:21 a.m. to the police department on West Second Street. 
  • A motor vehicle accident with injury was reported at 10:25 a.m. on West Main Street. Officers reported an arrest was made in the incident, which happened at Bourbon on Main, but no further information was provided.
  • An assault was reported at 10:31 a.m. on Wilkinson Boulevard. Caller reported that someone was assaulted at the Capital Plaza Hotel and the male suspect then fled in the direction of the AG's office at the Capital.
  • A theft was reported at 11:56 a.m. to the police department on West Second Street. Complainant reported that a forgery happened on his bank account.
  • A vandalism was reported at 12:22 p.m. on Pea Ridge Road. Caller reported that someone destroyed the inside of a house, broke every window and destroyed furniture.
  • A fire investigation was reported at 1:21 p.m. on Farmbrook Circle. Officers checked back on address of structure fire earlier in the day.
  • A motor vehicle accident was reported at 4:46 p.m. on Fairview Avenue. No one was injured.
  • A theft was reported at 9:51 p.m. on Hudson Street. Caller reported that a customer took their vehicle from a auto metal fabrication business without paying for work.
  • An assault was reported at 10:04 p.m. on Mockingbird Lane. No further information was provided.
