Nebraska freshman Wan’Dale Robinson caught three passes for 48 yards in the Cornhuskers’ 44-8 win over Northern Illinois Saturday in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The longest pass covered 30 yards. He also carried the ball twice for no yardage.

Robinson is a graduate of Western Hills High School.

Nebraska (2-1) opens Big Ten Conference play Saturday at Illinois. The game, which kicks off at 7 p.m., will be televised by the Big Ten Network.
